Yes, we can arrange a boat to pick you up for your trip, wherever you are located. Phuket has superb hotels on the surrounding islands such as: -Yao Noi Island, Yao Yai Island, Coconut Island and Phi Phi Don Island; or in the area that connects to Krabi mainland where other popular hotels are located.

A) If you don’t want to take a land transfer/taxi , you can choose a boat pick up from the hotel. However, there is an additional cost of (*embark / dis-embark outside of the marina). The rate depends on the distance and fuel consumption. For a boat pick up service, your accommodation must be located along the coast line.

B) Custom programs can be arranged depending on the experience you are looking for i.e., surprise engagement proposal, DJ- music party, birthday event party, bachelor party etc. 

C) There are some islands and interesting places on the trip that have bars, souvenir shops and sea sport activities not included in your charter, such as parasailing, jet ski etc. If you would like to experience those activities, you can purchase them directly with the sellers. 

D) Tipping is customary but not obligatory in Thai hospitality, so if you would like to show your gratitude to staff, Please feel at ease. 

E) Online payment there is a processing fee upon payment depending if you select you: PayPal AMEX 4.75%, or Visa/Master Card 3%

The monsoon season starts from May until October. Monsoon season does not mean it is constantly wet and raining, there are days and weeks when Phuket experiences no rain. On days when there is rain, it usually rains for short periods and does not last for hours on end, the rest of the day is often warm, dry and sunny. However, safety is always our first priority, so you will receive notice as soon as possible if the Meteorological Department forecasts any harmful sea conditions which forces all boat trips to be canceled.

In the event of any unpredictable weather conditions which may be harmful or compromise safety, the LESSOR shall notify the RENTER in advance in order to postpone to an available date for the same price rate.

In case of cancellation 24HRs prior to the trip date due to harmful weather, AIM CHARTERS Co., Ltd. will collect a deposit of 30% of CHARTER PRICE for F&B, fuel, and boat usage preparation cost in advance.

AIM CHARTERS Co., Ltd. has the right to collect 100% of CHARTER PRICE for cancellation by the CLIENT.

We do not accept Pregnant Guests on our boat charters due to safety reasons. Please enquire which is the best alternative tour available when pregnant.

Guests must inform us in advance of any medical problems, pregnancy term. There are restrictions on devices such as drones or other filming equipment, harmful chemicals and any other specific entertainment devices which could risk the safety of the yacht, crew members and other guests. The guest must notify AIM Charters of any of the above information before confirming the booking. E- disclaimer form attached here!

We do not accept cash on arrival as all boat charters must be booked in advance before the tour date to secure the boat  availability. 

There are a number of factors that affect charter yacht pricing. However, on average, a week-long private yacht charter costs anywhere from 50,000 THB on luxurious sailing yachts and catamarans, and up to  25,000 THB for speedboats

Smoking is not permitted inside most yachts. Kindly contact us for verification, as this policy may vary on certain yachts. 

For safety reasons, we strongly recommend at the minimum 2 years old and require to be accompanied by a responsible person, aged 16 years or over, with no more than two children per responsible person. Life Jacket is required entire the charter service

We service Wifi routers on most of the boats and mostly the telephone network usually can be used during the yachting. However, it depends on routing and where we visit because some of the Islands area the Wifi signal or internet network can not access.
