On April 29th, AIM Charters had the pleasure of welcoming students from Prince of Songkla University Phuket Campus to our yacht charters for an educational visit. We provided them with valuable insights into the essential skills every hostess should possess, including understanding yacht routes, delivering exceptional customer service, and mastering hostess etiquette. We also encouraged them to consider internships with us to gain hands-on experience in yacht charters and broaden their knowledge of hospitality beyond hotels to include maritime settings.
The visit was a great success, culminating in a fun session where the students created their own ice cream decorations and learned the art of towel folding, simulating real guest service scenarios. They also had the opportunity to explore our stunning European-style motor yacht, Moonglider. It was an enriching experience for all, and we were delighted to share our expertise and passion for yacht charters with the next generation of hospitality professionals.
